Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using ironrockpayments.com (the “Site”), operated by Iron Rock Payments (“Iron Rock Payments,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Site only — browsing our pages, submitting contact or informational forms, and reading our content. They do not constitute a merchant processing agreement. If you apply for and are approved for payment processing services, your relationship with Iron Rock Payments and any sponsoring bank, processor, or underwriting partner will be governed by a separate Merchant Processing Agreement and related program documents, which you will review and sign as part of onboarding.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access the Site without our prior written permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
- Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code
